Me and the wife spent two days at the birch Hotel the Friday and the Saturday for Mark and Jodie's wedding we had a fantastic time the hotel staff was so helpful and the regional manager was very polite and Caroline who run the wedding then you and wedding through the day was absolutely fantastic and we did like the cheeky night porter anything else you would like please contact me thank you again for a lovely weekend

My stay at the birch hotel in Haywards Heath was very pleasant, I can only compliment the friendly, courteous staff who provided excellent service during my stay. The room provided to me was large, clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The hotel lobby has architectural character, with period details, although modern bar didn't quite work. I would recommend staying here, although be advised proximity to busy road does add noise. This didn't bother me too much, although if in a front facing room with windows open, sleep may be disturbed.

Good place for functions. Staff very willing. Nothing is ever a problem when asking for anything.
