Nice bar in the West End of Glasgow. They really make a good Aperol and the beers are superb! Cozy and dog friendly Service: 5/5
Dog friendly, nice bar. Services drinks and snacks. Can get pretty packed after 5pm. Very cozy
It’s cosy and local but lacking draught options and felt a bit exclusive. Warm but not welcoming
Very nice and friendly little bar to finish an evening at.Service: 4/5
Was One of our favourite pubs until they made dogs unwelcome after 7pm in Glasgow, extra cozy and no nonsense, drinks and nibbles no posh grub. A proper pub. Open fire, dog friendly? how a modern public house should be. Always jam packed, so get in early or be prepared to stand. Edit! - dogs not allowed after 7pm, you lose 5 stars not impressed and will not be back You’re either dog friendly or you’re not.
Nice place. Odd 7pm dog curfew. fwiw we don't have a dog but our friends did.Service: 4/5
Cross-generation, mix gender and cozy atmosphere. I cannot fault this gem. My favourite place for my Thursday outings.
Lovely cosy little pub with good choice of rums. A very welcome fire after a wet day Service: 5/5
It is a very inviting bar, just what my wife and I were hoping for after checking online to see if it was dog friendly. It was a very busy Saturday early evening, so admittedly not ideally suited for us and the dog perhaps. However, we got a seat and I ordered a couple of drinks. Just after they were poured another member of staff advised us dogs were not welcome after 7pm I think another customer complained. Apparently there is a sign on the door, but didn't spot it on the way in. She granted us the ok to finish our drinks but would have to leave afterwards. Fair enough - no argument. I did however marvel that our round, consisting of a pint of wheat beer and a large G&T bog standard, cost an eye-watering £25.50!! I had convinced myself and my wife - I already had the task of telling her "enjoy your drink, we can't stay for another" that I had misheard, but I checked later and it was right enough. Am I that out of touch? Can that really be right?! The Bakehouse over the road was half that price. I recommend seeking independent financial advice first if you intend making a night of it in this pub.
Excellent, relaxed local with lovely fire for the colder days. Have Westmalle on tap . Excellent, only improvement would be 35ml spirits
