Ideal place to meet for drinks, coffee or food just off a main road near a big road junction. Plenty of parking. Food is ok typical pub grub and service is generally very good. Unless of course everyone walks in at the same time and wants there food at the same time! But this can be said of any pub. There’s a seating area outside although it’s by the main road you can eat or drink outside on a nice day. The pub serves breakfast and meals throughout the day. Staff are helpful and friendly. You can collect Tasty Rewards here.

Went for Sunday lunch 18 3 18 to celebrate my father's 81st birthday. Booked a table for 7 people all went well until we went to order and was told no beef left no pork left this was at 2 45pm so we all ordered the chicken when it came the vegetables were cold and not cooked properly the chicken had very little meat on it. I will not return to this venue

My partner and I visited this restaurant on Easter Sunday and our impression is that it can't be long until this place goes out of business. Really disappointed with both the quality of the food and the poor adherence to the menu. My partner ordered a pork Sunday lunch and I ordered a gammon steak. The Sunday lunch was supposed to include a variety of vegetables - half of which were missing when served, the pork was dry and the gravy was like water. The gammon steak was as salty as I've ever had and the pineapple tasted like it has been stored in curry powder. Service was reasonably good, but will never go back as the food was terrible.

As soon as we sat down we were asked what we wanted to eat, we asked for time to look at the menu and we kind if got forgotten about. Plenty of room for improvement service wise but the food is nice. Food got your 5 stars, customer service you are looking at a 2-3 at a push

The pub looks a bit grey and bleak on the outside. But don't let that put you off. The Manager was very cheery and helpful. Food was really good and they were happy to change items on the menu selection - both for the main and dessert. My first time at the pub, but definitely won't be the last visit.
