From the moment I walked through the door, I felt at ease and Lauren was lovely and friendly. After previously going to another place in Eastwood and feeling extremely uncomfortable, I was quite anxious before my appointment, however as soon as I walked into The Beauty Room, I realised straight away that the staff were friendly and professional. I had the signature glass skin treatment which was absolutely amazing. Lauren answered all of my questions and offered advice without making me feel like I was being judged. It was my first visit today but will definitely not be my last. Thank you Lauren x
What a great first visit to the Beauty Room. Sarah was amazing, so friendly and knowledgable, she really put me at ease straight away. She explained the procedure really well gave me lots of chances to ask questions and was really keen to know how I was doing during the treatment. She carefully explained the aftercare and also gave some great advice on other treatments that could be of benefit in the future. I’m delighted with the results so far and huge tanks to Sarah for that!!
Nicola did a wonderful job on my spray tan and was so lovely and friendly! She was so thorough and went through all the aftercare with me. My Mum's brows and lashes looked amazing too! Thank you so much x
First intimate wax and I didn't feel uncomfortable once. Talked me through everything she was doing, pointed out the most painful bits, kept checking I was OK and generally just chatting away like we had known each other for years. Vicki was lovely and was very professional, especially as I have never had a microbrasion facial crystal clear before. I saw an immediate difference to my stressed combination skin and I am currently having a hormonal response with some congestion particularly around my jawline and this has really calmed it down! Loved my super facial treatment today, very relaxing and came away with my skin feeling refreshed and cleansed. My therapist asked questions beforehand and tailored the treatment to suit my skin concerns, she was very friendly and welcoming. I went for a deep tissue massage & extraction facial with Gemma. She was very friendly & welcoming & made me feel at ease. She explained what she was going to do. The massage was very relaxing even though I had quite a few knots in my shoulders which Gemma worked well with. The facial was a nice experience & made my skin feel amazing even the next day as I didn't have to put any products on my face as it felt so soft. Thank you & can't wait to come back for some more treatments.
