Wow, what an amazing day. As soon as we entered the building, we were welcomed in with a glass of fruit tea. Then we could choose from a wide selection for our buffet breakfast. There is so much to do throughout the day, whether you go into one of steam rooms, saunas, have a treatment or simply go for a snooze in their slumber room. They also have a good sized swimming pool and gym for when you are feeling a bit more energetic. All in all a fantastic day out. Go on, pamper yourself.

Best Spa I have ever been. Not enough time in the day. The three course lunch that comes with it is very good. Plenty of choice from menu and additionally a buffet with hot and cold food. Tea and coffee is served after in conservatory. You can join classes or the gym if you want too and there is the most relaxing chill room with proper double beds and hanging beds for you to have a snooze 😍

Me and a friend visited for the first time recently. Nice place, clean and tidy, good range of spa experiences, tasty food, MOST of the staff were friendly and helpful. 
One thing that could have improved our experience, being our first time, clearer information and directions would have been welcome. Overall a good experience though.

Have been going to Edan Hall for many years. Used to be £69 for the day which I thought was worth it. They also did a loyalty card for so many visits you get one free. This has now stopped.
Also it’s up to £90 plus for the day with nothing extra. Think it is very expensive for what it is unless you are able to get a £75 /£70 offer. Watch the food prices if you have anything extra. For example a croissant £3. The price increases are certainly putting me visiting in the future. Having said all of that staff and food lovely!

Staff very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. Small dining areas make for relaxed eating with lovely food.  Some areas in the changing area that we used would benefit from some maintenance (toilet door wouldn't close).  Only real criticism was that it was difficult to find a seat in the conservatory for tea or coffee as a number of people were using it as a slumber room.  
Would definitely revisit.
