I’m genuinely unsure why this place receives so much hype. I was really looking forward to spending a full day here, but unfortunately I left quite disappointed.nThe venue becomes crowded very quickly. Because the layout is essentially two circular floors, there’s no real sense of calm or space unless you book a treatment. The general facilities are far too busy, and many guests don’t respect the environment. Large party groups birthdays, hen dos, and similar celebrations created a lot of noise, making it difficult for anyone seeking a peaceful experience.nAlthough the spa advertises 25 “experiences,” many are simply repeated variations of saunas and steam rooms, the rest are resting zones. There are only two jacuzzi tubs, and they were full for the entire duration of my visit. The pool area looks beautiful, but it’s far too small for the number of people using it, so swimming or relaxing becomes impossible.nThe space overall feels very condensed, with constant foot traffic and noise. Even in the designated “zen” rooms, you can still hear people walking past, which defeats the purpose of a relaxation zone.nI would not recommend this spa if you’re looking for a peaceful, restorative day where you can truly switch off. For the price, it simply doesn’t deliver the level of tranquillity or quality you would expect. Visit Hoar Cross Hall Spa instead cheaper and way better facilities.
Once you've been to Thermae Bucharesti the problem with Spa Days is you are always using that as the measuring stick and Aqua Sana isn't at that level. Nevertheless, we very much enjoyed our three hour Spa Session here. Free water is provided throughout and the three hours went quite quickly as there is plenty to see and do. Some of the other reviews complain about similar types of rooms and that is true but there was enough variety for us.nnThe staff were friendly throughout and took time to answer questions.nnIf you are at Center Parcs anyway it's worth three hours of your time and £59 isn't overly extortionate. If you are not staying here, not sure I'd make the drive for it.
Incredible spa, the facilities are just second to non and the staff are so friendly and lovely. We had the breakfast spa ~ the food was lovely! and we enjoyed 3 hours in the spa!nnAbsolutely love it - I think the only down side is, there is glass in the shower doors which means if you’re a prude like me, you can’t have a shower and wash yourself properly. Again with the changing rooms, there is only a disabled one or toilet cubicles to found myself trying to dry myself and change in a toilet which was difficult nnApart from that it was great and will definitely return
I had the best relaxing experience at aquasana and cannot put into words how amazing the whole day was. There are multiple experiences inside and based on our comfort we can choose what we want to do at what times. The forest atmosphere was so relaxing and calming. The best spa I’ve been to. The staff is nearby in case of any help but it was pretty much self explanatory and there are maps to guide you and help you navigate.
I had a lovely spa day to myself last Monday 4-8pm. I arrived and was directed swiftly to the correct parking area - staff were super friendly and really professional. The spa itself is really nice - plenty of fresh towels and robes - also a smart bracelet system for your locker. Restaurant is big and airy, treatment area was lovely. My favourite was the volcano sauna which is less hot than the others - but also enjoyed the tree top sauna, the forest meditation and the cosy areas. Such fun! It was fairly busy and people can be loud and annoying so if that bothers you it's probably not the spa for you. The little picky bits and prosecco as part of my package were tasty but definitely much smaller than the photo advertised. There's loads of different areas to hang out inside and out.nnThe negative aspect for me was the actual treatment - I booked in for a head massage but it was honestly one of the worst massages I've had. The lady ellessie was lovely - and very professional. But the technique was just off. It was basically a very light touch massage for 15 mins definitely not the full 25 and I wasn't even asked whether the pressure was ok for me. Very disappointing! £65 for basically nothing!!nnOverall it's a lovely day out I just wouldn't waste my money on the over priced treatments that aren't even as long as you pay for!!
