Had the morning spa session with brunch twice now Sept 2024 and today can't fault a thing and I'm fussy have also been to many different spas everywhere clean, all the staff friendly and polite, brunch delicious, fabulous facilities with great areas! I'd definitely go midweek again rather than Sunday as we did before as was a bit quieter.
This is hands down the best spa I’ve ever visited! I absolutely loved the variety of experiences—especially the outdoor pool and hot tubs, and the rooftop sauna was a personal favorite. There’s a great selection of hot and cold rooms to explore, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The treatments are wonderful with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the café was a lovely spot to relax. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
Me and husband had a great time moving between the various saunas, steam rooms, showers and relaxing lounges. Lunch in the restaurant was nice and tasty, we had the moroccan focaccia and they had a deal on cocktails. Robes and towels were supplied, lockers operated on a wristband supplied. Some equipment wasn't working e.g. one of the showers on the alpine 5 showers and the some jets in the outdoor door, so that's why I put 4/5 stars. Would highly recommend though. We just came for the day spa, but we might try and do a session when we holiday at Center Parcs next May.
Best Spa I have visited so far!nn25 spa experiences - different sauna & steam rooms, some very unique experiences including waterbeds, sleep room with a video playing on the ceiling of different nature themes and of course the tree top sauna.nnThey encouraged a no phone zone as you entered the spa which encourages guests to relax more and lots of relaxation spaces.nnA spa etiquette guide is also shown on their website which is reiterated by guests.nnImprovements I would recommend:nn- The cafe food could be improved in fresh, quality ingredients.nn- Adding private changing rooms would be appreciated.nn- The treetop sauna could be bigger considering how many guests are there at one timennOverall I’m waiting to find a spa in the UK that’s better.
Fabulous spa. Always come here for a birthday treat. We had the afternoon tea package and it was great. Staff are so good and really make sure you’re happy. It’s a vibe! P.s, how can I get one of the hot stone beds to my house? :
