Been a member for 2 years, went today having not been since the refurb. Girl on the desk finished her 20min phone call (no other staff around) then told me I had already been given a members wristband (for entry and lockers instead of the old system) and stated it was her who had 'dealt' with me previously. I explained I've never had one to which she eventually gave in and gave me a 'new one' and told me it should have cost me £10 as it's a replacement. I never had one in the first place and made to feel like a liar. Can't wait for my membership to expire

Pool was cold. Receptionist didn't book in our treatment so we turned up and someone else had our spot. Ordered paninis and the lady bought us jacket potatoes and very old cucumbers. Had an afternoon tea which was all stuff out of a packet. No choice of sandwich fillings. Rude abrupt waitress. Had to pay £6 if u want a robe and flip flops. In a run down building that needs redevelopment. Spa was a long long way from the one pool and jacuzzi. Definitely could not come here for a relaxing spa day experience. You're better off spending a bit more and actually going somewhere nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed my spa day. shame about the building works going on .took away the relaxing part of the day..When it came to having a shower there was no shower gel as the builders had thrown it away .but sadly had not been replaced by the management   Bannatynes needs to decide whether it is a gym or a spa as the combination of both does not quite work
   Overall a lovely day.

Great staff, almost, will edit later, great food, service amenities, sauna, showers, steam room and jacuzzi all with a pool, fitness instructors. Fantastic and friendly, comfortable experience,
