Amazing find locally sourced ingredients. We ate breakfast here every morning. Great choiced and delicious. Coffee is excellent too. Staff so friendly and attentive. Very busy and they have plenty of regulars which must be good. Must visit you won.t be disappointed. Google advertise open 7.30am it's 8.30am.

Excellent cafe, went for breakfast, one of the best Full English breakfasts I've ever had. Owner/staff/service friendly and efficient. Hard to get a walk-in table, book ahead but do go if you get a chance.

Had a delightful homemade brunch at the Beach Kitchen. Hidden little gem just off the seafront in Eastbourne. I'd highly recommend the delicious blueberry pancakes.

First time visit for us,glad we booked as the place was very busy. Had to wait a while for our breakfasts,but really worth it.The staff are really helpful and gave us extra portions and drinks as we had waited for quite a long time. The food was delicious,with good quality ingredients . The lunch time menu looked great at very reasonable prices,we will definitely be going back for that!!

Try the hipster breakfast. It's delicious. The sweetcorn pancakes are sooo good. The only downside is it's very popular but small so you may struggle to get a table. It's a good sign of what a great place it is.
