They have completely wasted my time. For 5 weeks I've been told my items will be available to pick up the following week. Every week when I call them I'm told 'it will definitely get sorted... I promise I will get the manager to pick them up from the Preston store this week'..but it never happens. On the last phone call they claimed they didn't even have my details anymore. They are full of fake apologies on the phone/in person, but when it actually comes to them following up on their promises they are completely incompetent! Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received.

We purchased a dehumidifier a member of staff showed us where they were and brought us a trolley as it was too heavy for my husband to carry. The girl on checkout smiled and was very pleasant whilst she served us altogether a good experience.

The check out tills are terrible, the way they're manned seems to allow anybody waiting to get served as you are to jump the queue. Been in this position, walked out and went to B&Q.
