Used Andy and his team for a few events now. Always punctual, reliable, professional and has a full stocked bar with a wide variety of drinks. Highly recommend.
This is the second successful time we have used Andy and his bar service. The first time was June ‘22 for our wedding reception. He was very attentive making a number of visits prior to the event to ensure we had exactly what we requested and to make sure the event went smoothly for our 180 guests which it did. His staff are amazing, work very hard and provide an excellent service. We have just had a charity festival and did not hesitate to use Andy for the bar service. Yet again he lived up to expectation and provided a first class service for our function. We intend to have the function annually and of course, we’ll be using Andy’s Bar! Many thanks to the whole team for being part of a fantastic day and evening and helping it to be such a success!!
Have used Andy and his team for many years now. Have always found them friendly and great to work with. Andy is exceptionally helpful and will offer his services for our school fundraising events, which we are most grateful for. Andy will always ensure we have what we need, he checks in on our events and does all the running around for us. I would definitely recommend Andy- hardworking, great team behind him & reliable!
The Bar mobile bar Andy Marshall and his staff, absolute Gems, what a service, what a night.. Highly recommend anyone looking for a personal service, no fuss, nothing to much trouble bar service. Keep up the fantastic job you do. Andy and his girls did our vows renewal bar, but any event covered.
I used Andy recently for my daughters wedding reception he provided arrival drinks table wine and toast drinks for 140 guests Andy and his team provided first class service throughout keeping all the guests very refreshed on a very hot day- it is the third time I have used Andys Bar Service- would highly recommend!
Used for our daughters wedding in a marquee. Extremely professional service staff coped very with well the large number of guests 200+ on a very hot day which included table service during the wedding breakfast. Prices were as expected with a large range of alcohol available. Thank you Andy and team for your help in making our daughters special day run smoothly
Could not fault these! Used for my wedding last August, staff were smart, professional and friendly throughout. It was a beautiful hot day drinks were chilled and there was no large bar queues. The staff was replenishing drinks throughout the wedding breakfast. Massive thank you to all of you for helping our wedding run so smoothly and to plan!
DO NOT USE. Andy Marshall will rip you off. We used him for our wedding. He stole at least 20 bottles of wine that we had paid for. We know because we paid for 40 and had to take the rubbish home and only found 20 empty bottles. He also has no accounting software and records his sales on a bit of cardboard. He over inflated the prices and plucked a figure out of thin air for the final bar bill. Him and his staff were seen drinking heavily on the night. They also were charging for doubles whilst pouring singles and they charged much higher prices than were initially agreed. This guy is a rip off artist. When i confronted him he stated that his company has run for 21 years however he has an inability to record a sale or provide any invoicing or receipts for his service. I have now opened a small court claim against him so do not use, you have been warned.
Would definitely not recommend this service. Went to a wedding for which this company were providing the bar service, it was supposed to be a free bar for the guests but drinks were charged for the first 45 minutes until thr bride and groom arrived, no offer of refund, would have been happy for this to go to charity. There appeared to be no record keeping of the drinks as they were served so have no idea how they could possibly provide an accurate bill. The drinks were of the cheapest variety, the tonic water being Tesco's own value brand and choice very limited. Bar staff took time out to eat and drink while they were supposed to be serving guests, very poor.
We worked with Andy on Saturday Night as well as hired the Mobile Bar for a family christening earlier in the year. They couldn’t be anymore helpful and will recommend for future events at the Memorial Hall.
