One star is being generous. Waited for days just to get a blood test result emailed to me to pick something up with Bupa.
Dr Liz Bailey is lovely. Everything else about this practice is poor. Very abrupt front of house. They've also stopped doing free NHS vaccines and refuse to refer to another GP. If i i hadn't moved surgery it would have cost me £200. When mentioned to the receptionist I got "computer says no". When I asked to book an appointment with Dr Bailey about i was told I couldn't do that.
Telephone system is so hard to navigate, then get hung up on whilst waiting. Some lines have a queue system, some don’t. My old GP had a fantastic online messaging system, which was super efficient, I don’t know why this isn’t implemented here.
The GPs are lovely and helpful but the reception team are rude, abrupt and dismissive.
I joined the practice two weeks ago and couldn’t be more impressed with how helpful the team have been. Receptionists are so kind and solve problems so quickly.
Only spoke to a nurse who after looking at my blood results said that they couldn't help me because everything looked fine. Never mind all my symptoms - apparently with this practice, it's normal for you to feel unwell and have a variety of symptoms that they are unwilling to investigate past a blood test.
I live 0.5 miles away about a 5min walk! And I can’t sign up! Radius & postcode are two separate things!! If your only going to take E15 postcodes which is ridiculous as Bromley by bow is E15 & 6.2 miles away. Make it make sense.
Quick, reliable and pleasant. What more do you need.
