The staff can only be described as rude and extremely unhelpful. The food was way over priced for the quality and the starter of Lamb Kofta was a disgrace. It comprised of a standard sized pita bread from a supermarket, a few salad leaves and two pieces of lamb, only 3 cm long each at best. For £7.00, this was a joke. Wine was warm and when pointed out was offered a bucket with so little ice and no water it would have made no difference at all. Had to ask for more ice and use the water we had been given to drink to make the wine bucket even slightly effective. Our feeling made clear to the guy who appeared to be in charged and his cocky attitude summed up the overall experience, arrogant, unhelpful, if you don't like it you know what you can do basically!. We will be giving this place a wide birth in future as he suggested.

One star too many. Arrived at bar with no greeting. Barman was making some hot drinks as we waited .No acknowledgement . We continued to wait. Another member of staff walked behind bar again no acknowledgement. We waited still, no " I'll be with you shortly" nothing . We walked out, probably completely unnoticed. Went to the dolphin round the corner and were greeted by smiley people who actually wanted us there .

a well presented pub / bar that serves food. had a pint (hogsback IPA) which was excellent. We will return for a meal at some point. Very good customer service by the bar staff. very friendly and helpful.

Lovely atmosphere and really helpful staff, considering we had some specific dietary requirements. Really good vegetarian and vegan options. Plenty of parking and good value for money.
