A most friendly and polite staff, very welcoming, cooked us some food just after the kitchen had closed, we were very grateful to receive such kindness as we were having a bad day and our experience here helped to brighten it slightly. Will be returining whenever I'm the area and will recommend.

I've had the Sunday roast here many times, and have to say it's one of the best, not only are the plates generous, but it's all well cooked and very tasty! I have the nut roast, but the Chicken etc. are just as good. We live in Caterham, but always drive here especially for the roasts!

Food times can be a bit odd but delicious food in large portions!

Cost. Open fire in the winter time. Cornish beer and a warm welcome (and clean modern loos :-) )
