Pretty tasty! Cab driver said this was the best fish & chips in Conwy, and I don’t doubt it. Massive portion too — couldn’t finish the chips! Super-cool rustic atmosphere decorated with a lot of planks and wooden pallets. Oh and it was really nice to have an extensive list of allergens on the back of the menu.
It was ok but I expected better being so close to the sea! We can get better fish and chips in Nottingham!
Got the large cod fish an chips with a gravy. Fish potion was decent and reasonably thick in the centre. Batter was crispy and not soggy. Fish moist. Gravy was thick and tasty. Chips were cooked well and not soggy or greasy. I recommend the archway. Hopefully your experience will be as good.
Food was average, chips weren't great. Tasted like they'd been part cooked and left for a long time before cooking again, dry and overcooked.nFish wasn't very big and was soggy.
Delicious chips and some of the best fish I've had. And a fantastic gluten free range too, plus they have sausages for your dog too he was most excited
