This is the second time my wife and I have visited the Angel in Llanidloes. After the first visit, there was no other choice for us. Again the pub was spotlessly clean, the staff were brilliant - nothing was too much trouble  for Jake, Charlotte and the chef (I didn't get the chef's name) and they were extremely efficient. The choice of ales was very good. Now to the food - what can I say - after checking the menu and the specials board (plenty of choice) I chose the lamb curry this time - wow - presentation was very good, taste was brilliant. The lamb just melted in the mouth - absolutely delicious. We live over 50 miles from Llanidloes but we will make a point of going to visit the Angel as often as possible. Highly recommended. Many thanks to all the staff. Keep up the very good work.
