When you just reached London; the first thing you want to get is fish and chips while walking around hungry in cold and windy weather. Classic old style pub/ restaurant; right by the square! Very nice attentive service; order came fast, good portion and very reasonable price for heavily tourist area
My wife and I had been exploring London all day and were looking to end with a meal at an authentic British pub. Since my wife doesn’t eat meat, we had some specific criteria in mind when choosing where to dine. We ultimately decided on The Admiralty, and it did not disappoint. The pub exudes classic British charm, with a perfect location and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The food was outstanding! We enjoyed the vegetarian shepherd’s pie, fish and chips, and the rosemary garlic Brie, each dish better than the last. I also had the best non-alcoholic beer I’ve ever tasted, while my wife thoroughly enjoyed her zero-proof gin and tonic. As the locals began to arrive after work, the pub filled with laughter and the kind of convivial spirit you’d expect from a true British pub experience. It was the perfect ending to our first day in London. The food was top-notch and reasonably priced. With something for everyone, I highly recommend giving The Admiralty a try!
I spent my birthday at this fine pub. I was treated like royalty. My server Priya was amazing. I received a complimentary drink and a beautifully scripted birthday card. It was an experience. I shall not soon forget. In addition, the food was impeccable. I highly recommend if you’re in the area.Food: 5/5
Really traditional and iconic British pub located right next to Trafalgar Square. Operated by the London based fullers brewery the pub features several ales and craft beers. The pub was very family friendly and children will enjoy the ship shaped design and ship decor. We didn't dine, but the food looked incredible especially the fish and chips. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly pub

An all around 5 star pub! Such amazing fish and chips as well as fabulous desserts! I recommend getting the Strawberry Eton Mess for dessert…it was delicious! Along with the food, the service and layout of the pub is outstanding. You have to give this place a visit when in going out for food in London!Food: 5/5
Great food and dining atmosphere. Spacious and open dining area with fast and responsive service. We had the signature meat pie for 2. Does not disappoint. Sticky toffee pudding with toffee ice cream was wonderful.Food: 5/5

Booked a room for a game of D&D with friends. Absolutely fantastic venue! The pub team were incredibly welcoming, friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Food was tasty and a great selection of drinks. The room we played in had nautical theming, good sound insulation and a lovely ambience. We'll definitely be back!!Food: 5/5
I’ve been coming here for years. They had a fire a few years back but it’s been rebuilt. This spot is great for pies, beers and large groups.Food: 5/5
