Absolutely lovely little pub in a great location. Splendid inside and nice to drink outside too, this boozer immediately made a good impression when the lovely girl behind the bar knew about their beers and made helpful suggestions. Great line-up of cask ales and nice keg options too. The staff were all really friendly and good at their roles nice to see the aforementioned one get successfully chatted-up by a lad, good work and I hope the date goes well! I also love the boxing theme and all the fascinating old pictures and photos of previous eras of the sport.
Thank god for the Tom Cribb. After what felt like hours of walking around Whitehall and the Thames I needed a beer. And there was the shining light, ready to serve up 3 pints of spitfire lager. Perfect.Food: 5/5
Lovely little pub just off Piccadilly Circus. Especially the quiet room upstairs where you can hear each other speak. Lovely art deco decor throughoutService: 5/5
Excellent pub in Mayfair, great ales, small cozy atmosphere and superior customer service! Definitely try the Spitfire! The manager was super kind to grant me my special request…thank you, unforgettable!Food: 5/5
One of the best pubs in the west end. Small but a real gem. Very good wines too. You better investigate the history and art on the wall, which is all about boxingFood: 5/5
BEST PUB EVER! had a slight emergency with my friend feeling unwell and they were super sweet friendly and accommodating to us. They let us stay past closing times waiting for an ambulance instead of throwing us out I’m super grateful! Definitely will go for a night out with my friends again!Food: 5/5
Pleasant central pub but quietly located. We come here often when in London and the recent renovation makes it better.
Loved the place! A nice little comfy and cosy bar, with loads of history in his walls. The staff were so helpful, and the beers on draught were amazing It's a place to stop by, without a doubt!
Why is there only five stars for the service!? This should go up to 11! Oh, and the food and drinks were great too!Food: 5/5
Lovely pub just off of the hustle and bustle between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. Had a nice and well-kept pint of Shepherd Neame Spitfire in what is a novel idea for a boxing-themed pub, named after a 19th century bare-knuckle fighter. It's a fairly small place, but one to check out.
