My infant son was ill in hospital and I needed to get back to my older child. My driver showed up very promptly, and despite my haste and confusion during a stressful time, he was patient and understanding and helped me calm down by the time I reached my destination. I highly recommend this company.
WOMEN AVOID THIS TAXI SERVICE AT NIGHT!!! Back in 2022 I had an incident where the driver made me feel completely uncomfortable, and just after we started the journey he randomly asked me “how many boys have you been around tonight?” And if I live alone. When I asked him to end to journey early, he locked the doors and was purposely moving the card machine delaying the process of me paying and getting out of the car. Thankfully I managed to get out but recently this week I have heard from a friend of mine another incident happened last night to her, starting with the same question as their journey began. Please avoid this taxi rank.
I hand over nearly 400 a month for school travels and 10% on time, always seems to never turn up on a one way trip not a return. Didn't even turn up yesterday and cancelled 30mins later on me. Some drivers are ok, others the cars stinks of body odour and alcohol, dogs or unclean. Always get charged different prices for the same trips..
If I could leave zero stars I would! Absolutely ridiculous service! Pre booked cars never arrived! Missed our train. We allowed 30 mins for 5 min journey. They have no idea where there cars are, how long they are going to be. We can’t even get a clear answer from the operator. Accused of swearing when simply asking when the cars are arriving! Complete and utter shambles! Guys it’s a very simple operation. Please note that these cars were booked hours in advance and we waiting outside our pick up point early as a group of 7 with suitcases so impossible to have missed us! This has cost us £280 in fares!
Abysmal service. I booked my taxis five days in advance. The first taxi was 15 minutes late and drove passed us. We ended up driving ourselves. Our taxi back didn't even contact us. Poor service on all levels.
Awful, and managed to intimate me into paying £30 extra after driving me through the woods! Only played ball and admitted yes there was a cash point open when I called a guy. Sick.
I cannot believe the way I was spoken to tonight! Ordered a taxi spoke with a very annoyed man which didn’t come, so called again different person who told me to go to a specific location. Taxi didn’t show up again so called again and was back on the phone with the first person who was so rude and yelled at me, wouldn’t even let me finish and hung up on me. Then when the taxi finally turned up and I wanted to pay, I was told he’d only take cash which no one had managed before and he reacted rude and irritated when I wanted to pay by card. Not professional and no way to treat your paying customers.
Reliable. Especially if your a frequent user. I can't complain. I'm a happy customer.
All the baldheaded drivers think they can drive round on the motorway to hand of the steering wheel using a mobile phone.
