Shocking experience. Booked a cab late afternoon Saturday for that evening. The time that we had requested the booking came and went so called the office they informed us it was on route 5 or 10 minutes away. 10 minutes passed still no sign, so another call to the office to which we was told it’s on route be any time. This is when we received a text confirming out booking. Leaving us to think our original two calls to book haven’t even been taken. Our cab did finally arrive all be it 35 minutes later then we requested. Which meant we was collected 5 minutes after our table reservation. Lucky the restaurant where great and held our table as we called ahead. The drive himself was pleasant but sadly I would never use this service again.
Would give it 0 stars if I could ordered a taxi at 3:00 have been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes and the taxi is still not here! Their excuse? They didn’t have anyone in the area! I’ve been an everyday customer till now literally ordering a taxi from them almost every morning. Most of the times were late even if I preordered hours before but today they made my day an absolute disaster. If you rushing somewhere do not recommend to use their service there is 90% chance you will wait forever even if their app says “15 minutes wait” like today
Twice I have rung from a train for a late night cab home from the station. Although it took them a while to answer, nearer the time of booking I received a text with a link showing me where my cab was with photo of car and driver so I was sure it was the right car. Very reasonably priced.
The service was fine , the girl that took my call was polite ... the driver was on time .. and didn’t say a word for the trip .. which I was happy with ... no issues at all .. I would use them again 100 percent
Worst taxi service ever.30 minutes late,no apologies,the office didn't call to advise the driver will be late,the driver blame the office as he was given the wrong postcode.the car smells of pee. Absolutely the worst experience ever.
Driver tried to charged us £60 for a few grains of sand on the seat. Would never use again. Absolute joke
Very poor service. Waited for taxi outside for an hour for it not to show. Telephoned taxi rank and the woman I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful. Will not use again!!
What a waste of space- they don't deserve any business-I'd rather walk than give them my money. Unhelpful and unprofessional and stuck in the stone age.
Terrible terrible terrible...please don't use...waited 30 mins and did not show...
