Booked a return trip from Ramsgate to Canterbury . All l can say that we were more than satisfied with the service . Taxi outbound was on time as was our return journey . Great friendly drivers and really good value for money.

I’ve used these guys for a while. Lately they are consistently late for prebooked pickups, have hour long waits at busy times and are inaccurate with their en route and arrival messages. Drivers are usually nice.

I would give 0 but there’s no option for that ,, terrible service , rude staff,, they haven’t got a clue of what they doing .. stay away 😡😡😡

Told it was on its was. Waited 35mins, still nothing then get a text saying it will be 11mins. If there is a wait just tell me! Would have been quicker to use another company now all my shopping is defrosted thanks. Phoned the office to be told I never asked for a waiting time... Don't tell me its on the way! Then told they where round the corner and wasn't.

Excellent service and best value of the local taxi services in Ramsgate. Very friendly and happy to do a detour to a supermarket on the way to taking us to Stansted airport.
