The rice was very stodgy, the staff we're slightly rude and the curry was still way too spicy after asking politely to tone it down. The taste however was AMAZING.

Food was nice, everything else lacking. Due to some dishes making their way to another table, my experience was very poor. This would have been fine if the proprietor and the chef hadn't acted so rudely, the former was no help at all and the latter emerged from the kitchen accusing us of hiding the dishes she had sent out. Fortunately, the waiter and waitress managed to sort the issue after a fashion. Although one of them was probably partly to blame for the incident they were actually very friendly and helpful. We didn't see the gaffer again after this, he elected instead to hide behind the bar. At the end of our meal, we had to haggle for a discount on the bill due to the rice and noodles that were misplaced and then delivered pretty much after everyone had finished their meals. The proprietor was very aloof and didn't seem to realise how rude he'd been. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant, although I'm sure if your meal goes smoothly you'll enjoy it, hence a two-star review. That said, portions were a bit small for the price.
