I love this company! My mother crashed my car and left me a lovely huge dint and scratches all down one side. I went to this garage and they explained to me what they needed to do in terms which i would understand and not just sales jargon. They fixed my car in a brilliant time scale and left a lovely air freshener in my car when I got it back which i think is a nice jesture. The guy who I dealt with who I think was called Mark, was so friendly and professional. I have recommended this company to lots of friends and family and will continue to do so.

Amazing place very friendly people, helped me out at the hardest time of the year with a good gesture the body shop manger mark is so caring and lovely. It's clean and a pleasure to wait specially as I had kids and always giving me updates. Thank you to the amazing team 😚😚

I came into contact with TFSmith’s in Bradford following the need to make some minor repairs and change the keys to my Audi TTS after it was stolen in the summer and my insurers sent the recovered car to them. While Audi were so slow supplying the locket that the garage had to come up with an alternative solution for the key, this garage was honest and professional at all times. Following the completion of the work when I received the car back and proceeded to some motorway driving I found a wobble on the steering wheel and vibration through the car. TFSmiths requested the car back immediately and have both been constructive and diligent at all times while Mark, the manager, did an amazing job of taking on Audi and my insurers to ensure that not only did they get to the bottom of the issue but also insisted the insurers footed the full bill despite significant reluctance from the insurer. They have done cosmetic body work, installed a new steering rack and refurbished my prop shaft (plus multiple other jobs I can’t recall) all with genuine honesty, a smile and great customer service. I will be using them for all my servicing and repair needs from now on. I am so pleased I found them; talk to Mark, he is a magician !

Brought my car here as it was not running properly and the problem was found and repaired straight away. Fast and reliable service, I will be using this company again in the future.
