Top lads, always helpful strongly recommend.

Just went to pick up my car from KAG & it looks brand new, even have it a clean. The hire car they lent me was small but it for me from A to B & it was really good on petrol. It's taken awhile for the repair but it's been worth the wait, really pleased with the work, like l said it looks brand new, as it was before my accident. Thanks

Absolute shambles!!! 5 weeks to repair a back light, bumper and a sill at a ridicules price to the insurance company of £2,165.35!  Car is returned but repair to sill not done!  They offered to take it back but had the cheek to ask for fuel money!  My car had ample fuel in it when it went in for repair so where had it gone??.  It transpires that they use customers cars to deliver cars back to other customers!! Check your mileage!  I've reported this to my insurers the and advised them not to use them as a reputable garage.

What a bunch of clowns took them 4 week to repair a small amount of damage to the front of my car. When they dropped it off they had to take it straight back due to the bonnet not fitted right I could get my fingers down one side of it. Then the car had to go back in a few weeks later after I had used the headlights for the first time blinding all the other cars due to them pointing up they had not been  alignment was all wrong . Then it had to go back in one more time when I found out my high beam did not work.  Would not recommend the bunch of clowns took anybody .  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Great service, car looks as good as new. The manager was very helpful in sorting out any concerns I had with the repair of my vehicle.

What an absolute set of COWBOYS, I took my car for an estimation on the say of my insurance company, a lad of about 17 came out to inspect my car which had a scrape on the door, wing and front bumper, all on the off side, he continuously kept on saying, you need a new door init, you need a new wing init, you need a new front bumper init, I asked him to stop calling me init, it fell on deaf ears, later my insurance company rang me and told me they were going to "write off" my car because the work needing doing had been estimated by KAG and was going to cost nearly £2000.oo, I told them I would take it to a professional body shop who would know what needed doing, I took it to Suffield body shop in Gildersome and they quoted £600.00 + vat my insurance company were over the moon with and it was authorised it immediately. The finished job was absolutely first class, the car looked like brand new. So what I am saying is WHY did KAG want £2000.oo for a job that only needed £600.00 spending on it?.....you have been warned
