Story
Superstores are our standard supermarket, stocking a full range of groceries and a limited range of Tesco Direct products.
"Tesco offer a wide range of groceries and household goods. Stores are open 7 days a week and friendly staff are always happy to help. Don’t forget, you can earn Clubcard points when you shop with us."
Good prices, large parking lot, cafe inside, clean toilets. Never had to queue so long that I wanted to leave. I only wish the store would be open for longer on Sunday. During weekdays, at lunch time, is best to avoid it though as too many office workers come in and it's a bit too busy
As usual it's a superstore it wasn't busy at the time I went and can be very busy they have pretty much everything and is smooth and easy free parking lot Upstairs they also have a very nice café with disabled toilet elevators and normal toilet. Downstairs they have a shop for mobile Tesco and also have a nice Boulangerie for the fresh bread to add the cheese A+++
People are queueing for both tiers and self checkout, and it's confusing which queue people are queueing. When I asked a customer which queue he is in, he started blaming me for asking him these questions. Also the customer service didn't help me at all, I was asking him to clarify which way to queue is right, and he tried to remove me from the queue. Why they remove a victim from the queue. They are wrong, and they are racy, and they look down upon female customers. They have to change layout to avoid confusion - they don't do anything to sort out queues. I am not happy with their customer service as well, because when I was humiliated by the other customer, one of the staff laughed about me and humiliated me more. Also the other staff tried to remove me from the queue, and humiliated me even more. They don't listen to what a customer is wanting. I asked one simple thing, which way should we stand, and they didn't answer. Only the manager knew where to queue. If the manager knows that, why don't they train their staff to know it.
Went in there midday on Sunday the short staff were completely over run several people just dropping there shopping because of lines taking over 30mins to pay for items the shop floor a complete mess no communication from staff who seemed to be just as confused as the customer's who ever is managing this team Need to pull there socks up
On Saturday, self scan had only 2 of the 7 tills working so huge queue for that and everyone selected for random rescan, which really helped NOT. Sunday noon was dreadful, all self serve tills were down so huge queues EVERYWHERE even for the self scanners of course only 1 of the 3 scan machines working Just ahd to leave immediately. Low stock levels due to Brexit. Disappointing
Will you sort your trolley situation out. Today there was not a single one in the bay and this is not an isolated occurrence. You’ve lost money today, I left with a basket of shopping instead of a full trolley.
Tesco brighton free parking good offers
A very convenient and well stocked store for practically everything if you want to avoid going into the Town Centre to shop.
Best place to shop as you can find almost everything in one place. I like the club card offers in Tesco. You an save a lot.
Now, I would like to meet the Person in charge who thought I"ve got a good idea, lets have some nice loud pop music on early on Sunday morning, that should entice them in:" well it wo n't!
