-They opened late on 3 occasions. -Asked for a phone to be unlocked on a Friday they said they'd send the code on Sunday. I wasn't expecting them to work on a Sunday but was thankful that it was sooner than expected (Monday). After Sunday passed phoned every ether day from Monday onwards to check on it with promises of tomorrow. Finally went in person cause phoning wasn't getting me anywhere a week later and got the code. -Had also ordered an LG battery the same Fri which they said 3days and now keep saying tomorrow. It's been 2 weeks and I've given up. I find it hard to understand how the other reviews on here are either love them or hate them, does it depend on which day you go or what mood the person is in that day? How can they suck and be awesome?

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** Would give this no stars if i could - i took my iPhone 6 here a couple weeks ago to get the screen fixed and to fix the water damage which added up to £60. The screen is just glued on and is cheap quality and they gave me back the iPhone stating that they couldn't do anything about the water damaged yet still charged me for this? Definitely don't recommend, don't bother going to this place as its a complete waste of money.

They gave me back my divice to repair in the same condition as i bruought it to them and charged me 25£ .this is my personal experience with this shop

These guys make me laugh to the point where i simply walk past the shop and laugh to myself over how they're still in 'business' - if you can call it that -. I used to go to these guys all the time until recently; i had asked for the mic in my phone to be replaced, yet when the phone was returned the mic was still not working. The guy behind the counter said 'i done my best but it's a tricky phone to fix' (it was a Nokia 8800) - i asked for my money back to which he replied 'i told you beforehand it would be tricky to fix' - Like, what can someone even mean by that? Avoid unless you want a different phone returned to the one you gave them.
