Absolutely shocking service. Twice ordered home delivery, twice it was not delivered. Ruined two holidays away. Completely blanks any communication. Even head office are disgusted by this store. Management needs replacing.
Something Was Off Today… I’m Now a Morrisons CustomernnI’ve always been a loyal Tesco shopper it’s familiar, it’s nearby, it’s usually reliable. But today? It felt like Tesco had completely given up.nnI walked in and immediately felt like I’d stepped into a greenhouse. It was hotter inside than outside during a full-blown heatwave. I came for groceries, not a free sauna session.nnTried to get some help at customer service. Instead, I got served a side of attitude. Security was nowhere, managers were missing, shelves were half-empty, and when someone was openly shoplifting, not a single staff member could be found. It was chaos, but with fluorescent lighting.nnAfter today, I’ve made the switch. I’m now officially a Morrisons customer where the deals are better, the shelves are stocked, and the air-con actually works. Tesco, it’s not me… it’s you.
terrible customer service, just don’t go save your self some heartache absolutely no compassion what it’s like shopping with a toddler worst checkout staff of any super market. there’s no customer service i don’t know why they say the kiosk is also customer service as there’s no customer service here. when i was still breastfeeding i expressed how disgusting covered in wee the facility was i had shrug of the shoulders and the cs manager asked me what he should do about it. go to marks or morrisons price compatible and your treated like a human, aldi has better customer service. literally don’t bother going here
Empty shelves cardboard strewn on floor in shopping isles, products leaking on shelf, appears to be little or no stock control. Store looks dirty and unkempt with dust and litter adorninntravelators and lifts.
