I have to give a shout out to an amazing member of staff. Her name is Jeanette M. It always appears that early in the morning there is not enough staff and managers dont seem to help on front line when needed, I have noticed this a lot in the mornings. However Jeanette although very busy could not be more helpful, she is brilliant. The perfect example of great Customer service, always going the extra mile and so friendly, such a hard worker too. She makes the tesco experience feel great
Very pleasant to shop here since the revamp a few years ago. Good prices compat3d to others and we always use our clubcard.nCurrently the entrance road is a little different to navigate through the cones whilst the new Southern Distributor road access is being constructed although all the major work on the adjacent roundabouts has been completed and the Finchamstead road fully reopened.
As regular shoppers every time we visit, Najla greets us with the warmest smile and always asks how we are. Her care and attention is so appreciated and she is a such an asset to Tesco Wokingham. We see how she interacts with other customers too and we always leave the store smiling after our chats. She is the best!!
Can get everything that I need in a single Supermarket.nLarge range of items.nShelves kept stocked, with items correctly faced, waste Cardboard promptly removed.nThe Dairy department seems to be very efficient and friendly.
