Took my dog to get a wash and to get him a harness, my dog went in very cautious and came out very happy and did not want to leave! The staff were so helpful when choosing a harness, very knowledgeable about the right fit and type for my dog. Excellent staff, excellent service!

Staff were pretty polite and helpful. Not a very unique stock of pets though, originally went in looking for a lion which they didn't stock. Nor did they stock zebra's or kangaroo. Ended up buying a rabbit.

Great place to stock up on your pet supplies especially if you are a VIP member, you get regular money-off coupons for the things you usually buy. Nice clean store and friendly staff what is there not to like?
