I made an order last Nov.26, 2weeks after, my order has not even reach the currier. TWO WEEKS!!! Ive sent a couple of mails but received only one reply, this is unbelivable!!! My orders will be useless as this are gifts for an event that may passed without receiving this.
I ordered two packs of carbon 360 stems and received carbon st. When I informed them of this they sent me the next day what I had ordered and told me to keep the others for free. Excellent customer service
Made the mistake of thinking this was a shop that you could actually visit. 80 mile round trip to find out it’s a small warehouse unit for click and collect only. Can’t comment on their service but maybe the website is a little misleading.
