Went in the shop a couple months ago and everyone was so lovely and the shop was so neat and perfect popped into the shop over the weekend and I don’t know if it’s new management but the atmosphere was off putting and made me feel so uncomfortable. The shelves are awful and there is stuff everywhere you can’t find anything !!! as it’s all just thrown on the pricing is extremely bad same with everything in the shop really but also that lady that cleans she cleans at the wrong time as I was trying to leave the shop and she was cleaning right in front of the door which customers was so unhappy with as you have people telling her to move and she was extremely rude back saying “can’t you see I am cleaning” Which I found so rude but don’t get me wrong it is a lovely shop and there is a couple of lovely workers mainly the 3 women that have been there when I went a couple of months ago as they was so helpful and welcoming.
Good but delivery area entrance very tight for any vehicle bigger than a 7 half tonne
Yes nice things and very friendly when you get service the staff worked very hard to puts things out etc but my down fall is to have the shop need a refitting and specially the floor and get more staff as always one on tills but it is good shopping place
Great store, since new management the store looks a lot cleaner, brighter and tidier, especially the bathroom section-presentation is key. Good selection of fidget toys, cheap products but overall good value for money. All it needs is some more DIY section, including door handles as that was missing from my shopping list.
Been a while since I've been here and the change of management really has shown great changes towards the brand seems to be becoming a nice place to find a bargain once more! The new manager is great with people and very helpful if needed. Safe to say I will be shopping here more frequently in the future.
Like an Alladins cave, lots of stuff in a confined space. Usually busy which can make negotiating the aisles difficult. Competitive prices for branded goods if you know where to look. We like the storage boxes as cheap and cheerful, ideal for organising on a budget. Could do with more checkout staff as always a long queue
Lovely store has change a lot great for garden items and snacks. I went to the tills and a lovely young man with glasses served me and he made my day very polite helpfully and would love the manger or supervisor to give him some sort of credit as he deserves it i tried to give him a £10 tip but he was to kind to except it 100% coming in to the store again.
Went into the store on Sunday 13th feb a lady with tattoos helped me, she was polite and very helpful. Nothing was to much hassle. The shelves where well stocked and the prices are fab!!
Why is this store even open? Absolutely filthy staff are scruffy the latest warehouse clearance is no more than a scam i have receipts from way back when paying £1 for products that now they claim are half price at £1.79. Where are all the old staff the new lot are a shambles. TRADING STANDARDS NEED TO BE CONTACTED ASAP.
Loads of good stuff at good prices.
