I rate this Tesco 5 * every time I go … which can be 3/4 times a week every staff member is kind, polite, helpful, efficient and all done with a smile for probably minimal wage xxxx thank you allllllll so very much. Even the customers are so lovely and polite x well done Potters Bar!!!
This is the worst supermarket for delivery drivers. There's a huge lack of respect for the drivers, who spend almost an hour just collecting orders. Orders are only processed when the drivers arrive, delaying deliveries for all customers. I work with Uber and I've already filed a complaint because the last three times it took me at least 30 minutes to collect my orders. This is my complaint about the lack of respect shown to delivery drivers.
I've been there today 22/12 and I have to say it was very good considering it's so close to Xmas. Got a lot of discounts, was well staffed and all the tills were open. Well done to the team!
Recently we have been very encouraged at the efficiency of the staff on the tills and noticed that one of the sterling workers on the till was the person organising the staff and managing the tills. Deedee this is how we have always known her, is not only efficient but always has time to say hello and we have observed with older people and are touched by her attitude - thank you
This store is consistently selling iterms where the expiry is within 1 day of buying the product. Should not be allowed. Basics - at check out it should tell you. Check every item you buy from there if you have an alternative shop go to it.
