Shocking service from the cashier with no Christmas spirt on the eve of Christmas.nnI was denied the chance to save some money on my shop as i forgot my clubcard and the lady serving me in a very rude manor rejected the opportunity for a generous member of the public to use there card as its against there policies.nnHonestly people should abandon these big branded supermarkets and give money back to the local shops instead.nnI will do my upmost to stay away from tesco as much as I possibly can.

A new store manager has now turned this store into a complete nightmare shopping experience… avoid at all costs…. Shelves are empty… even out of date food has been found on shelves.
As a regular user of Costa Coffee for work etc, I often use the cubicles in the men’s toilets. For at least 6 months there has been a leaking floor and the tiles are constantly soaking wet. In the other cubicle, there is a pan missing on the rim. Probably 3 months minimum. Utter disgrace. Not sure who the Facilities Manager is; but he or she should be sacked
This evening I was treated extremely unprofessional and unfriendly by one of the staf in self service. I had forgotten my club card at home and I asked the people next to me if they could serve me with their club card. The staf member who was helping them for something has decided that I am only asking her and repeated several times in an extremely rude tone that she cannot give hers one. I can understand that she is not obliged to share it but to be so unkind to a customer I think is not normal. I am totally disappointed!
