I would leave no star if I could! The seller will not follow instructions as to where they can leave the parcel if you are not in and then lie that you gave those instructions. Expect that it can be lost/stolen or damaged. Always pay by PayPal! Moreover, I was sent short dated products that are about to expire. When they have sales, they apparently cancel all the products that are not short dated and you will receive the rest. You may also be charged wrong like I did and you will have to escalate to PayPal as they do not respond to messages. They do read them though!
Definitely they don’t have a clue what customer service stands for.. Really disappointed as it took them more than 3 weeks to deliver an order and on top of that wrong items were delivered. I’ve emailed them and a partial refund was issued for the missing items and they didn’t even bother replying or at least an apology to be made… Don’t you worry, I’ll never gonna order from you again!!!! What a shameless attitude towards a costumer!

Fast delivery.. and the driver was nice enough to leave my delivery at my door since unfortunately I was not there. But is the 2nd time that they have delivered to me wrong products. I ordered cookies from specific brand and I got delivered something else maybe they thought it is the same..but for me is not and I would have appreciate it if they had informed me.. Put my delivery end of August and they crackers I was send were expiring in August..they can still be eaten but that is not the point..it's their approach on things. I emailed them to inform them about my dissatisfaction but I m not really expecting any answer as they never did the first time I ordered reply to me,just refunded me the correct amount I was owed go. Not going to be ordering again

OK, but delivery was much slower than the times suggested on the website; no communication as to when to expect the order and no response to an email chasing up. The biggest issue was that it arrived very poorly packaged. We ordered two 5l cans of oil. The box wasn't strong enough to hold them, so the bottom had come open and the sides were all torn, with inadequate packing inside too. As a result the cans inside were badly dented. I was planning a bigger second order, but will try elsewhere now.
Very bad experience. Products on the website are not the products delivered. There are mistakes on the website pictures. When you buy a kilo of meat you are receiving 850-900g of meat. It happens at 2 deliveries on many items. I sent an email to the customer service 2 weeks ago and no answer. Not professional at all!!!!
Reasonably priced products and excellent service. A variety of greek products. All products well packaged including frozen items and delivery took place earlier than expected. The driver was so kind and friendly when he called to advise me of the delivery. Highly recommended! Will be spreading the word!

Spent ages putting an order together only to find out they don’t deliver to Newcastle. They have an arbitrary number of miles limit for orders & apparently we’re just outside of it….
