Really a lovely experience to go into Waitrose and have a giant screen with your video being recorded at self checkout. Just heartwarming. Store upgrade has also meant I now purchase much less as I can find anything oh well. To Lidl we go.

I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for the staff at this Waitrose. Special thanks to Kacie as she was so helpful over the phone and in store. Recently My 4 month old baby had her formula brand recalled due to some issues with contamination, we were panicking and calling around stores to try to find her formula otherwise she would have nothing to eat, most supermarkets don’t answer the phone and you end up at a call centre however the Waitrose in Barnett answered the phone and were Immediately sympathetic and helpful, Kacie went above and beyond, going to the shelves, checking the stock, looking at the affected batch numbers and reassuring me. At first they didn’t think that there was any formula that was unaffected so I hung up and started looking for alternative options, within 20 minutes, Kacie called back and told me she had checked every tin and had found unaffected tins so my baby could have her formula, She then placed them at the customer services desk and my husband went and picked them up. I really cannot express how touched I was that she had made such an effort to help me and my baby and had even gone to the effort of calling me back, which I don’t think I have ever had any Supermarket do. I will always be really grateful, and I hope Waitrose head office see this and appreciates the fantastic staff members that they have, when my husband went into store, everyone was very friendly and helpful and really sympathised with what we were going through with the formula recall. If you are considering shopping at Waitrose shop at this one, the staff will make the experience that much better.
Coffee machine often is out of order. Now it has not been working for a week even longer. And it supposed to be a part of customer loyalty benefits.
Nice and cool with wide selection of items but budget 20% to 30% more than Sainsbury. Staff tend to engage well and are smartly attired. Essential range is limited.
