unmotivated staff, at least some of them, and this creates an unpleasant environment. For several years the pricing was not clear on the shelves, charged twice for same item at the till, rude staff, insinuated I was trying to steal something. Yesterday one followed my partner around the booze section as they thought she was trying to steal wine, when in fact she loves wine and was looking for something special. In fact, not like a waitrose at all !
I had ordered a click and collect and waited at the desk to collect. After 10 minutes of waiting I interrupted 2 girls having a chat nearby and asked if anyone was serving. Despite not shouting I was told that I was rude and that I would not be served! I pointed out that I was not being rude and if anything the girl was being rude to me. In furious at such a poor attitude and manners. So common these days among entitled young people.

I wish there was a Lidl, Aldi or M&S instead of this store. The hygiene is so bad, it's always dirty and the freezers are full of mould for months now. It even smells really bad. The prices are ridiculously high compared to any other grocery store in the UK.
Not happy with the labelling here!! When I questioned a member of staff, he said oh there were some special offers here last week, but this is full price. Really! So why don't they remove the label. The same could be found inside the store until I pointed it out to another member of staff. Not good enough and time wasting fir customers
