First time coming to this sainsburys, very quite but I got everything I needed. Well packed shelves. There is also an Argos inside here too. Staff including security guard very friendly & most helpful.

Nice little shop for picking up a few bits - even had stuff I couldn't get in the much bigger Tescos around the corner. Only one star though for forcing me to self checkout a trolley load - I don't work there ! As usual the scanners only partly worked and only one member of staff to cover all the self checkout's multiple problems. Sort it out Sainsbury's- get some staff!
A word of caution for other customers using this store - whenever you can, try to check your till receipt against the prices advertised on the shelves. I've now had to raise issues with Sainsbury's Customer Services on quite a few occasions with different products where the price actually charged at the till was higher than the advertised price - each time I receive platitudes assuring me that the errors will be addressed by the store management, but in practice they're often very slow to make the necessary corrections, and the same or similar problems then recur again a bit further down the line. So you can probably draw your own conclusions as to how seriously the Potters Bar store management are taking this issue - as a result, as far as possible we'll be taking our business elsewhere in future.
Great location but probably the worst sains bakery I’ve ever been to. Every time we go in it’s burnt, and there’s hardly anything there that is worth buying. See below taken today morning Jan 31,2021
