I’m  disappointment with the poor service I received from the store . During my recent visit, I encountered unhelpful and rude behavior from stuff seem as a manager. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received

Disgraceful attitude from this not educated idiot called Karim or similar name who works there. This idiot was lucky he never got punched from me.  Head office, contact me to discuss my experience as you need to get rid of this idiot

Usually has what I want for a quick grocery shop. Staff generally pleasant and helpful, but one Sunday one guy was quite rude, not wanting to let me use a £5 discount voucher, and sucking his teeth at me!  Glad I got the chance to mention that!nNo designated car park, but wheelchair access availabe from street bays outside.
