I've found my local supermarket! Great availability, has everything I need and the employees made me feel welcomed.nI had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager, a young gentleman that helped me navigate through the isles and find some of the items I needed to make a dessert. Oh and I loved also your Christmas offers! The chocolate soufflé is just divine! I've moved last week to Dunton Road and I will be using this Lidl as my go to store
After years of coming to this shop, I have never seen poor management. The manager argues when you try to ask for exchange and he makes you line up for over 1 hour just to return 2 items. Terrible service!!!!
Despite it being a small Lidl it still has most things that I need. The bakery is always stocked which is great for me. Sadly there's cash self check out which adds an extra 40 minutes to my shopping trips. But overall a rather nice shop
I’m very disappointed with the customer service I experienced at the self-checkout on Saturday 24/01/26 at around 1:40pm. The staff member on duty was rude, abrupt, and dismissive, which completely ruined what should have been a quick and straightforward checkout experience.nnHer tone was raised and came across as angry, and her body language felt closed and unapproachable. This behaviour was unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I believe this staff member would benefit from additional customer service training.nnThis is especially disappointing as I regularly shop at Lidl and usually have positive experiences due to the great range of products and value for money. Unfortunately, interactions like this reflect poorly on the store and detract from an otherwise good shopping experience.
