I have been treated unfairly, with really unsatisfactory behaviour from this security man !nI simply came in with my bike , I didn’t know bikes wasn’t allowed,nAnd instead if he just speak to me with using a polite language and plzz or something , he started shouting at my face with a wired way like I’m stolen something, I have got really embarrassed front of other people and I was hurt by this way , I use to really visit almost everyday with my family !nBut after this I wouldn’t ever come here again !
I've found my local supermarket! Great availability, has everything I need and the employees made me feel welcomed.nI had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager, a young gentleman that helped me navigate through the isles and find some of the items I needed to make a dessert. Oh and I loved also your Christmas offers! The chocolate soufflé is just divine! I've moved last week to Dunton Road and I will be using this Lidl as my go to store
After years of coming to this shop, I have never seen poor management. The manager argues when you try to ask for exchange and he makes you line up for over 1 hour just to return 2 items. Terrible service!!!!
All self-checkout tills are card-only for some reason? Only 2 tills were open, so service was slow. Regardless, good value for money and most items you need can be found here.
Rude staff and hanging over us at self checkout as if we were not going to pay. She stopped us paying by card to go back and check the items list then let us pay... unbelievable. Better off going to Tesco down the road.
