I was waiting in the customer service queue to be served, but the gentleman assisting customers, Harryseemed more interested in talking about the World Cup than serving customers. It felt like he had very little interest in doing his job, which resulted in poor customer service. I was disappointed with the experience.
Absolute disgrace!! THAT MANAGER SHOULD BE SACKED IMMEDIATELY. Flitwick Most shelves were completely empty, most refrigerators broken and empty. Most freezer compartment were broken and empty. The store looked like it had been looted!!! As soon as I walked in, not 1 banana in sight Along with most of the fruit. No salad. Shelves just empty wherever I looked but there was 1 young lad filling up the almost full bottle/ cans of soft drink while everything else was empty!!! Disgraceful
The cashier spoke to me in a harsh and dismissive tone. As I was leaving, I saw staff pointing in my direction, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I don't believe this was an appropriate way to treat a customer.
I hoped that the arrival of an Aldi in the town would make this store improve, but it hasn't. Regularly shelves are missing standard items. Today a saturday, there are only 3 tills open?!? Queues of fed up customers and staff just standing around. Place is a joke
staff lie buy something at customer services carryed on with shop for person on tills say you havent payed for that repyed with i did at customer services she asked for receipt i replyed they never gave me a receipt they radio to customer services and they blatent lyed about it then came out with did you pay by card i said cash wont be going back agien doing me out of cash
