Fantastic service , was really struggling to get amoxicillin for my grandson . Pharmacist went above and beyond to locate a bottle for me . Thanks again .

Opening hours are great though I will now go elsewhere if I can, a female member of staff was unnecessarily rude, it was totally uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional.

Don't bother with this place. Most of the staff are fine but the branch manager was very rude, and when I checked this with acquaintances who had also attended they said the same. I tried to phone 3 times in advance of collecting a prescription, none of which were answered, and when I arrived to collect the manager stated 'we just leave the phone off the hook sometimes' ??. They also had not filled the prescription or even bothered to contact me about it. Use Barton instead.

Friendly and helpful. Have only used Highlands a couple of times to fill prescriptions but have received a quick and efficient service each time. Couldn't ask for more really.

Amazing service from this pharmacist,  he went above and beyond for myself and my family dealing with end of life medication , he even stayed after hours when he was closed to help us , can highly recommend first class customer service .
