Always a pleasure to be seen by Shahanara Begum. We have built such an amazing rapport over the year. She is always so attentive, swift and efficient with my medical and personal needs. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be on track with my health nor would I be confident with accessing treatment from any pharmacy. She is always so professional and discreet therefore she is trusted and loved by everyone in the village! Would like to say a massive thank you to her honestly!!! She always says hello every time I walk past, to the point I sometimes pop in just to say hello in person! She is an absolute credit to Highland’s pharmacy because she goes above and beyond for all patients! Spectacular service. Recently moved from Bedford and no pharmacy was ever able to keep my medication in stock with their suppliers. When I came across them they had the courtesy to say they have almost double the suppliers any regular pharmacy has which was very  pleasing to find out as well as my medication being a common one they kept in stock unlike Tesco. Staff are very welcoming, kind and patient with everyone despite become constantly flooded with work to do. They do struggle to answer their phones often but it’s understandable as they seem to be busy constantly however when they’re able to, the on site pharmacist always answers all questions with certainty and provides very helpful advice and recommendations for whatever concerns I have. However the environment..horrid space with lots to be done. They should honestly get a larger work environment as the amount of piled up prescriptions there are lying around is ridiculous. For an extremely busy pharmacy they deserve a breathable atmosphere.

Very quick turnaround for prescription in hours not the 7 days that tesco take to process.

Great Pharmacy.Staff are always willing to help especially Hashem.His always ready to help and provides great advice whenever I have a problem with medication .Recommend this pharmacy to all family and friends!
