Small store but good selection of drinks and sweets. Hermes returns taken here too which is handy.
Never open at peak times for evri drop off/collections so ceasing use!
Dust everywhere, untidy store, the owner doesn't have any customer skill, out of date products,not recommend!!! STAY AWAY !!!
Place is a dive! Only go in there to use Hermes but had a lot of problems even with that as the shop assistant doesn’t want to send my parcel as too heavy even though they are with the 10 - 15kg bracket and paid for this service. Also after you paid something the ticket doesn’t print because they haven’t restocked the ticket machine. When you ask for your money back they say it’s got nothing to do with them and smile. It’s in your shop & you get paid to have to have it in your premises. Furthermore it brings customers into your shop that generally wouldn’t lower themselves to visit your store. Always happy to support local business but I’m finding myself driving out of my way to the other Hermes shop in Harlington for a far better service. Hermes should be in the Flitwick post office in my opinion where nothing is a problem
Dreadful. Rude. Tried to leave an Evri parcel with a qr code to be collected and was told no, try on Friday. Never again will I use this shop
Absolutely abysmal, walked 2 miles to return a package to Amazon. When trying to scan the bar code into the machine, it kept saying, technical problems try again later. The proprietor of the store kept telling me the bar code was the problem. I wasted 30 minutes trying to get the machine to read the code, with the staff continuing to insist it was my fault. On seeing another person come in to use the machine I let her try, she had the same problem. The proprietor then announced that the system was not working. Absolutely shocking service!
Returned two parcels here, assistant did not enter one onto the Evri system and now the parcel has gone missing. Avoid.
I use this shop on a regular basis for evri parcels. I've not purchased anything in the shop. Cashier is lovely and friendly
Where to begin? Nobody knows when it’s actual opening times are, the place is never fully stocked and they seem to think it’s ok to let a little girl run around the shop half naked while customers are thinking of buying food or drink….nowhere near good enough. New management required PRONTO!
Badly stocked, some things out of date, unreliable opening hours and atrocious customer service. The only useful feature is the Hermes drop off. Sad that it's clearly a family business but it's inadequate as a shop
