My optometrist was very kind, friendly and empathetic. Although she was vulnerable to covid, she was understanding of my difficulty in wearing a mask, but I felt so comfortable with her I was surprisingly able to wear one for a short time. She is very knowledgeable and gave me some fab advice. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable for my eye test.
I had an audiology appointment with Daniel Sánchez- he was wonderful and made me feel at ease immediately. I was so impressed with how clearly and patiently he communicated with me, especially when he took the time to explain different aspects of my hearing loss and how they might affect me! I was nervous coming into my appointment and I really appreciate how reassuring and kind Daniel was- thank you so much!
The optician/optometrist/ophthalmologist, apologies but I was unsure of her title Anoli Vaghela was great. I just thought she was really friendly and professional.

Always very thorough and don't feel like they are just trying to get to the next appointment! I have very complex vision and I'm always sure that at Allders they will get it right unlike other opticians who have got it wrong in the past. Came here for an eye test after Boots at the Interchange Retail Park got my prescription wrong twice. The prescription I got works perfectly and I haven't experienced any discomfort with it.
