Great shopping experience every time I go in. All staff members are very kind and helpful, excellent variety of stock and very good quality too. Went in earlier on today and the lady Anne working one of the tills was very kind, provided amazing customer service offering bags and checking if everything was satisfactory and she showed an interest in all customers. It can obviously become quite repetitive talking to customers, but Anne seems more than happy to do so!
Shout-out to Charlotte. Just before 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and it's busy at the self-service checkouts. I was using my own bag and pressed continue when promoted. Of course, I then had to wait for my bag to be verified. Charlotte was the only person covering two busy areas, approached me with a smile and was very polite.
This Tesco is fairly big and has almost everything you need for your daily shopping. The layout is easy to navigate, and it’s convenient for quick stops or regular weekly purchases.
Staff too busy chatting to assist when self-service checkout failed. Never recognises 'own bags' so an assistant is always required. Scanning technology is horrendously outdated - takes seconds to process each item adding to general frustration.
My favourite supermarket, good selections, reasonable prices and friendly/helpful staff. The store is clean and tidy. Car park is excellent.
