I literally come here for fun, I love it so hard and it's just awesome to be able to buy Everything in one place without compromising quality. My favourite food shop indeed.
I had an incredible experience with the company! The staff are extremely helpful and professional. Furthermore, everyone was very polite and attentive throughout the service. I was impressed with the level of courtesy and kindness I found at the company. I am sure that the team of employees is one of the strengths of this company. I recommend it to everyone looking for great service and interaction with well-educated people.
A store which i have had problems with in the past so I don't shop very often.nI needed to pop in to grab something small. The tills were very busy, but I got through quickly.nnThere are toilets, a cafe, plenty of parking with time restriction, spectators and petrol station on site.
I have shopped happily in this store for years every week and also the Helston store. I use the online shopping app and also the smart shop. Recently I’ve been checked every single time I shop for a 14 item check. I have never ever been found to be hiding or stealing anything. Today I did a mega £220+ shop and was checked in again for a check… this led to a full check. This meant I was led through the store by someone who made me feel like a bloody criminal. I was devastated and cried in front of the lovely girl who assured me I wasn’t the first or last today. I may now shop somewhere else ….
Best supermarket in the area. I absolutely love it here. Cafe is absolutely amazing with the best staff ever! The supermarket itself is great with fantastic products for everyone. I want to say a massive thank you to Amy customer service staff member for last Monday. I had a massive nosebleed which was absolutely terrifying. My carer was a massive help as well, but Amy went out of her way to get tissues for me. She is a credit to the supermarket. Thanks to SOME of the customers who helped me as well. I really appreciate your help x
