No support for people with disabilities. Offered to come pick my shopping up but didn't bother to offer another delivery next day. Just a stupid, aww, sorry to hear about that you can't get down to pick a multitude of heavy items up.
NO FREE PARKING at this store. Somewhat understandable but feel they should at least have a parking system where you can park for a minimum amount of time like 1 hour and scan in-store purchase receipt barcode to validate the free parking within the allotted parking spaces they could provide. Lidl has this system in place and it works for them. Having said that, parking isn't that expensive anyway and as I said shop is located in city centre see pictures taken on October 2023.
Not only the worst tesco I’ve visited, but the worst supermarket I’ve ever had the displeasure of shopping in. Parking is charged which is absolutely ridiculous, there are no trolleys because they’ve all been stolenthe security guard advised this, and the smallest selection for fresh meat and produce I’ve ever seen in a supermarket. The final nail in the coffin was the people, I don’t think any of them have seen a dentist in their lifetime, they all appear to live off monster, pot noodles and crisps. Utterly disgusting.
Another place in the UK where RACISM and negative STEREOTYPING are at the core of their values. Every time I go to this store to buy groceries, I notice the security and the store employees weirdly staring at me or following me for no reason despite the CCTVs everywhere. People who earn less than £13/hour for standing around the stores are expecting me to take 30 quid items without paying because of my skin colour. Poverty is psychological. Nonetheless, I have added this place to my list of no-go stores in Portsmouth. Also, I have removed the Tesco app from my mobile device and deleted my account. I work too hard to spend my money on a racist establishment.

Good shop, well stocked but staff let it down. I couldn't find cream crackers so asked a young member of staff who wasn't busy. She looked at me like I was something on her shoe, waved her arms towards the aisle I had just left and said "probably down there". I politely said that no they weren't and she said "of course they are" and walked off. So I carried on looking and found them two aisles away from where she said. I then used self service till, woman working on there was grumpy. I had to call her over twice as till needed verification of items in bagging area. Clearly I was disturbing her, silly me for thinking it was her job to help out. Won't be rushing back.
One staff member is really rude when using the Challenge 25 rules. Terrible experience at tesco ever.
Had everything I wanted plus there was abundant reduced price items available
