Didn’t have a good experience at this store when a grey spiky haired short lady at self service was muttering under her breath ‘for goodness sake’ following her shouting at me to move my trolley when I mistakenly had taken it in and was moving it prior to her shouting at me. I can assure this was due to racism but if not, still awful customer service behaviour and shouldn’t be allowed in stores or in front of customers. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you’re a person of colour.
Easy parking. Store well organised with exit gate made shopping easy unlike some other local supermarket.
This store does not care about customers at all. Only 2 tills were open but when a request for another till to open was refused when we put our shopping out they opened another till. Very bad customer service and bad management.
A good selection of food products, the also make up pizzas for you there and a fresh bakery with delicious choice of cakes, they also sell clothing there too, argos is also inside the shop, situated at the back, they also have a chemist and a cafe
Barriers entering and leaving - with a receipt or you are effectively a prisoner is positively dystopian. I would feel embarrassed to shop there again and it was a deeply unpleasant experience.
Good shop and can wash your car and fill up gasoline, all in one place !

Excellent, very clean, staff polite. Highly recommend, as had all I needed, and put on queue buster.
We still use this branch of Sainsbury's even though we don't live near it. Useful branch for us, as its not normally that busy. Easy access to get in and out of Portsmouth. Plenty of parking too which is a bonus. Also got B&M next door and filling station at the exit. Used Drayton Sainsbury's again over the weekend. Very busy and plenty of stock on the shelves. A pleasant visit.
Like Tu clothes for all the family, especially in the sale. Nice and quiet shop at later time.
