Didn’t have a good experience at this store when a grey spiky haired short lady at self service was muttering under her breath ‘for goodness sake’ following her shouting at me to move my trolley when I mistakenly had taken it in and was moving it prior to her shouting at me. I can assure this was due to racism but if not, still awful customer service behaviour and shouldn’t be allowed in stores or in front of customers. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you’re a person of colour.
Easy parking. Store well organised with exit gate made shopping easy unlike some other local supermarket.

Like Tu clothes for all the family, especially in the sale. Nice and quiet shop at later time.

It's a supermarket, what more can one say. I'm not a regular so didn't realise you need a coin for the trolleys so I had to lug a heavy basket around instead as I didn't have a coin. Then a sharp edge on the metal basket snagged on my coat so I wasn't that enthralled by the experience.
This is my favorite supermarket by far, and in my opinion there isn't one of this quality like it around this area, completely unique! I have been shopping in this store for over 20 years now since meeting my Husband and moving to this local area, and throughout all the changes to the store, the staff turnover, Managers coming and going, the decor and refurbishments, to me they still can't do a thing wrong in my eyes. They always have want i want in stock, the staff are friendly, the cafe serves high quality food and drink, the fuel station is not to bad to get in and out of, although there is always a queue for the tyre air as it's free, and the customer service department is fantastic, it doesn't matter what i have purchased and changed my mind about in the past, or returning items of food and drink that are not up to their usual high standard , the staff are very professional, and never question what i tell them, i am always believed, unlike some places around here, please don't change! Update Feb 17 - Went to the in-store cafe this evening & was served by a lovely warm & friendly lady for fish & chips, it was delicious & she even came over half way through my meal to see if everything was OK for me, great service, thank you!
Good,could do with better public transport for those who struggle abit tho
Lovely big store, bought loads of clothes, sandals and food!
Got thing I needed in one place!, clothing,food and beverages, floral etc.. Its a great place and easy to locate whatever you are looking for with in the shortest time!
