They can never get you what you've been prescribed and good luck trying to get your call answered!!! They, as a matter of policy, do NOT answer phone calls unless they're done eating their cream buns or whatever it is they're mysteriously doing instead of answering the phone. I changed dispensary as a result of this but alas, my current dispenser is no different!!!
Unhelpful staff, found them patronising. Generally speaking, staff seem to be forgetting what their jobs are lately and instead start giving free unsolicited lectures on totally unrelated topics than the one at hand and what they get paid for.
Never answer the phone. Some staff are lovely others are rude and unhelpful. Used to be a really good service I couldn't fault them but the attitude is we don't have time to answer the phone. Shocking service
Staff at the pharmacy are extremely rude I went in there the other day and they were closed when I asked when they would be open I was given a load of abuse because the pharmacist had not arrived yet clearly the staff was stressed but that does not get them the right to take it out on members of the public not only was she rude to me but she was rude to a gentleman that was waiting in line behind me she made such a scene that people doing their shopping actually stopped to see what was going on and started making comments this is absolutely appalling behaviour I understand that she was stressed because she couldn't open because there was no pharmacist but there is no way to talk rudely to customers I do not recommend this pharmacy at this time therefore I am writing this one star since I cannot rate negative 5 stars because this experience is what I would rate it
My local pharmacy sometimes really good some staff are so lovely. But there are staff who are rude and argumentative and not helpful and judgemental. Pick your days if you go regular. Very rare to answer phone.
Never have I encountered such judgemental, rude and unfriendly staff in my life. Very unprofessional and shouldn't be working as healthcare professionals.
Extremely rude don't want to help,don't awnser the phone, and eye roll at you no customer service skills what so ever and can't even tell you when your prescription will be ready . Completely unprofessional I'm shocked at the service received today in-store .

My regular pharmacy couldn't get my medication,I called the staff at Tesco pharmacy and with there advice I was able to get it through them .they also held on to my meds till I could sort out s new prescription. . fantastic.
A very rude man answered the phone when I tried to book a flu jab. The website wasn't working but he didn't try to help, just said "oh come on!" and put the phone down!!!
