Most of the plants outside are dead through not watering. This happens on a regular basis. A complete waste of resources. Why sell them if you are too lazy to look after them? It takes months, sometimes years to grow these plants. You wonder what else the management/staff can't be bothered to do.
I have my food shop delivered from here every couple of weeks and everytime the packer puts light stuff on the bottom and heavy things on top! Meaning I get broken or damaged goods every time. Don’t they have common sense?! Thankfully most drivers offer to refund the items but today’s driver was a bit off about doing it. Know it’s not his fault but dont be off with the customer
Meal deals: The hot snacks - mark clearly what is and what is not part of a meal deal. The shelf signs seem to suggest they are part of a deal for a slightly higher price, but at the till they are not scanned as part of any deal. Very frustrating. The confusion lost you a sale.
