Wanted to use Fircroft Pharmacy to support local, however I won't be returning after our recent experience. Our GP prescribed something for my baby and the pharmacy advised it was out of stock and to come back in 2 days, which I did- still not there. I got home and received a phone call from them advising it would take another 4 days. I went back on the day they stated it would be in only to find it hadn't even been ordered and they denied ever calling me even though I showed them the incoming call on my phone record. They told me to come back the next day for it, again went back the following day and it still wasn't there, they gave us the wrong medication so I will need to go back for a 4th time! Total incompetence and the staff were just so rude and dismissive. It's now 9 days since the GP issued the prescription and I still have no medication for my young baby! Not acceptable and won't ever be using them again.

Having worked in this pharmacy I can say it is very clean, organised & well run. The staff are excellent and it has a nice working environment. It’s always nice to do a day here.

constantly out of stock across the board, if you have prescriptions going here you could be held up and off the shelf products can also have the same problem.They can't be bothered over this situation. I no longer use this chemist. Travel all the way to Belstead who are brilliant.

I was the only person in the shop and the lady on the till  just ignored me and continued to put price tags on individual nail brushes! I then said I had come to pick up a prescription. She referred to her colleague who when I didn’t understand why the doctor had also given me a paper prescription kept talking over me and said that’s just how it is! Not helpful and could both do with some customer care training.

I just went in to see if a prescription had arrived  and I was the only person in the store. I was completely ignored by 4 so-called staff members in the pharmacy. They just looked at me, didn't even acknowledge my existence. So I left...to be treated as a person would be nice. I need heart medication, but would rather die than go back there.

Fantastic service in this pharmacy. Very polite and efficient. I was served by a tall lady with short blonde hair and nothing was too difficult for her to sort for me. Keep up the good work.

The girls who work there work extremely hard and sometimes under really difficult circumstances, through no fault of their own, if they cannot get different medications due to shortages they do tell you and advise you to get back in touch with your doctors surgery. I can honestly say that Anthea, Avril, Tracey and the girls try their hardest to accommodate everyone and their needs and should be praised for their hard work and cheerful nature in dealing with the situation.

I had a great experience at Fircroft Road pharmacy. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice on how to use my medication. The pharmacy was clean, well-stocked and easy to find. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a reliable and convenient pharmacy service.

Very rude lady served yesterday. Trying to say in front of shop full of people the medical exemption wasn't right and would get caught. She had it wrong, yet continued to be rude. No need to be so loud and unprofessional. This pharmacy has completely changed.

Appalling staff attitude, kept hold of my prescription for future doses and when I went back to reorder they then refused to make it up. It had 6 uses left on the prescription and only used 1 so far, and when I went back to reorder and they refused, also refused to give the paper prescription which cost £18 such a shame as they were at one point really friendly and helpful. Don't use this pharmacy anymore, it's not worth it.
