Was very disappointed really .me and my husband went in for a Covid jab .we were ushered into this cupboard .not hygienic in my eyes .I nearly walked out .half the wall was missing .Will not be using them again .
New pharmacist is brilliant. The 2 are best we had in Bramford for a long time. Keep up the good work
Absolutely disgusting service!!!! I went in to ask for my partners medicine. Suddenly I was moaned at by some rather larger lady . Who obviously is new to the pharmacy. I didn't ask for a lecture on prescriptions!!! Or about a prescription being a legal document!! I must admit the staff who nomally deal with my partners medicine are brilliant so hats of to them but the lady who I had the misfortune of speaking to could do with some of her own medicine to remove the stick from her bottom.
Arrived at the pharmacy at 1.10 p.m. on the basis that their website claims it is open all day. There is no mention of closing for lunch and there should be. Couldn't afford to hang around waiting for 50 minutes, so Green Cross Pharmacy lost my business. I had to find another pharmacy that does stay open at lunchtimes.
Fantastic little pharmacy, friendly staff and medication readily available that wasn’t at other larger pharmacies.
Very friendly and professional staff thanks for waiting for me after you're closing time.
Brilliant service, extremely friendly staff. Would highly recommend using this pharmacy.
