Horrendous and expensive. Give it a swerve & go to Lidl or Aldi for better prices and quality. Waitrose essential range of food is similarly priced to Tesco standard food but I rate it as significantly better quality than Tesco Finest range. Every time I walked out of a Tesco store I felt annoyed and ripped off so I only use Tesco as a convenience store for Lottery tickets and toilet paper.

BEWARE OF OVERCHARGES!!! Terrible shopping experience from beginning to end. First of all, the lady at the till could not be any slower even if she tried. I was overcharged in 3 items of my small purchase. It took ages for someone to come and check the prices, indeed the 3 items were more expensive than  in the shelves. I went to customer service to rectify this and the treatment received was just appalling. I was attended by two ladies, they calculated my shopping again several times and every time they came up with a different amount. They repeatedly dismissed my claim despite not being able to get the amount right! I said I want all my items to be checked out again with the rectified prices to ensure all correct and they just became so obnoxious and angry at me! They were laughing at each other and being sarcastic with a very mocking tone and demeanour. I said I want to speak with your manager and they suddenly changed their attitude and became much more attentive and nicer towards me, what a joke.
I spent quite a lot of unnecessary time dealing with these overcharges and the attitude of the CS ladies was just tragic. They are certainly not getting my custom again, will stick to Lidl, much more friendly, efficient and humble staff and never ever have I been overcharged.
Could not agree more with the earlier review.

Good place to shop, international options are very good esp for Asian groceries. The time I go there around 9pm ish stockers are all over and blocking ways if you go in there with a toddler like we do please look out to stockers pick lifts driving by often honking if you're in their way frequently! Also no self scan option at this location! Would have given 4 star if that wasn't the case! Al

Overcharged in there again. I.E price is different to what is on the shelf. Always check your receipt. It's amazing how many times that happens to me so must happen to everyone else. When I queried it with the cashier she just said oh well everyone else has paid that price. Went to customer service. Always extremely rude. Eventually got the product refunded but that's not the point. Shouldn't be paying more than the label says. All staff in there are rude from self service checkout people who don't even speak to you or acknowledge you to cashiers to the dreadful so called customer service. I only go there because it is convenient to where I live and I had to get home quickly.
